The legal battle between SEC and Ripple is over! ⚖️🚀

After years of dispute… finally, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has backed down and withdrawn its appeal against Ripple unconditionally, and Ripple, in return, withdraws its counter-appeal.

The commission will retain only $50 million out of a $125 million fine

and the remaining amount will be returned to Ripple.

The commission is also requesting the court to lift the injunction it previously imposed.

Thus, the case is almost officially over, pending internal voting and documentation procedures.

The question now is: Does this mean a new beginning for XRP?

The community is very optimistic, and all eyes are on Ripple’s next steps, especially in the field of payments and transfers via blockchain.

The question for you:

🔥 Do you think the end of the SEC case will open the door for a significant rise in XRP?

🔥 Yes, this is the time for a launch

❤️ Maybe not much will change

😭 No, the time for XRP is over
