Is Bitcoin Preparing for a Parabolic Rally? For the past month, I've been showing in our live broadcasts—using charts and data—that I believe #Bitcoin is gearing up for a parabolic rally. Now, in addition to all of that, I’d like to share a metric with you: "BTC: Growth Rate Difference (Market Cap vs. Realized Cap)." This metric shows the difference in the growth rate between Bitcoin’s market cap and realized cap. Here's what that tells us: 📊 What’s the Core Purpose of This Metric? To analyze investor behavior and market cycles. Specifically, it helps to identify: - Whether the market is overly optimistic or pessimistic, - The alignment between actual value growth and price growth, - Whether the trend is sustainable or not. 🟢 Positive Area (Green): Bull Market - If the market cap grows faster than the realized cap → Prices are rising rapidly. - Investors are in profit and new buyers are entering the market. - These periods typically signal bull market conditions. 🔴 Negative Area (Red): Bear Market or Correction - If the realized cap grows faster than the market cap → Investors are selling, but prices aren’t rising. - This suggests loss realization and low market confidence. - Usually seen during bear markets or major corrections. 🎯 Why Is This Important? This indicator reveals the real investor behavior behind price movements, offering deeper insights than traditional price analysis. It’s especially useful for identifying potential market tops or bottoms in advance. As you can clearly see from the area marked with the arrow on the chart, we've just shifted from red to green. In short, unless something unexpected happens, I expect a parabolic rise in Bitcoin—similar to what we’ve seen recently in gold.
