How do I receive money from this transaction refund voucher, everyone? Does it automatically deduct fees for each future transaction? Or how does it work?

the tree is really annoying, I entered short at 0.1253 and it spiked up to 0.1370 just enough to kill, out of money to hold. 10 minutes later it dropped back to 0.1161. damn it
