#NPC is bullish on the 4h timeframe, approaching $0.011249,

We will pump hard if we break from above of this horizontal rectangle, but what I'm expecting is some rejection from here, a dump back to the area of breakout, maybe around 0.0087 then we pump so hard from there. (Which could also be an inverse head and shoulders bullish reversal pattern.)
