As of March 22-23, 2025; A substantial amount of $PI was unlocked. However, don't expect a sudden surge in selling pressure - most #Pi remains locked for now.
In March 2025, approximately 188M PI tokens will be unlocked, benefiting over 1.1M users. The good news? The majority of $PI is still locked, minimizing market pressure.
Even if most #Pi will be unlocked in the coming months or years, most will be burned due to unfortunate circumstances like:
