4. Self-disclosure of identity and doubts
Signed a message claiming to have made $20 million on GMX and Hyperliquid. This means he must control the aforementioned address cluster for the data to match. I replied to him on X yesterday, but the related post was subsequently deleted. 0xf3f was previously linked to X account @qwatio
5. Abnormal characteristics of X account
This individual had posted multiple links to phishing sites and replied to users trying to deceive others. Analysis shows that the X account @qwatio used by 0xf3f may have been acquired: recently renamed, inactive for years, and has an older account age. Moreover, he followed @CryptxxCatalyst.
6. Key evidence of phishing sites
It was found that the public address of the Hyperliquid whale, 0x7ab8c59db7b959bb8c3481d5b9836dfbc939af21, was set as a fee receiver for the phishing website projection[.]fi in January 2025. Additionally, 0x7ab received $17,100 directly from another phishing victim in January, after which its wallet was tracked this month. I contacted @realScamSniffer, who regularly tracks phishing sites.
7. Tracing the source of funds
0x7ab is the first EVM address used by 0xf3f. I traced its funds back to withdrawals from four casinos on Solana, with addresses being:

After contacting one of the casinos, they clarified that the funds came from an input validation exploit in casino games and provided a deleted Telegram account used for negotiations: 7713976571.
8. Signs of help requests on Telegram
Through open-source intelligence (OSINT), I found three help requests posted by this ID in the GMX Telegram group. The timing aligns with 0xe4d3's on-chain transactions, further validating the identity connection.
9. Clues from the UK phone number
I traced a recent payment from 0xe4d3 to an anonymous individual, who confirmed receipt of payment from a Hyperliquid trader and provided a UK phone number to contact them. Public records indicate that this number may be associated with William Parker.
10. Who is William Parker?
William Parker, formerly known as Alistair Packover (William Peckover):
In 2023, he was arrested for stealing about $1 million from two casinos and served time in Finland;
In the early 2010s, he made headlines in the UK for hacking and gambling-related fraud charges.
