The logic of this set of position control is
Use the stop price distance and position size to calculate the leverage multiple
It can effectively limit the maximum loss space
for example:

Don’t set the leverage ratio yet. Think about the following scenario.
• I can accept a maximum loss of 30u per position
• I want to open this position with a margin of 200u
• The opening price of my order is 0.5
• My default stop loss for this order is 0.45
• (0.5-0.45 / 0.5) = Approximately -10% from the opening price
• Then 30 / 10 / 200 * 100 = 1.5
If you want to control the losses on this order on my behalf,
The maximum leverage can only be 1.5 times. Use this as a reference.
I think it would be troublesome for you if you have to calculate by hand or grasp it roughly.
It will be more comfortable to have a computer in the future!
