#VoteToDelistOnBinance
In a move that reflects its commitment to maintaining the highest trading standards and ensuring user protection, Binance announced its intention to delist four major digital assets: AirDAO (AMB), CLV (CLV), StormX (STMX), and VITE (VITE).
This decision follows a thorough review aimed at maintaining the quality of listed assets and ensuring a safer and more efficient trading environment for users. The decision will take effect on February 24, 2025, at 03:00 UTC, at which point all trading for these assets will be halted and their pairs removed from the platform.
Binance tightens oversight on high-risk cryptocurrencies
Binance revealed that the "watchlist" will be updated monthly, starting March 4, 2025. This list refers to cryptocurrencies that experience high volatility and pose significant risks to investors, necessitating intensive monitoring. If the projects associated with these cryptocurrencies do not meet the required standards, they may be permanently removed from the platform during periodic evaluations.
Binance confirmed that investors wishing to trade cryptocurrencies listed on the watchlist must complete a risk assessment every 90 days on Binance Spot or Binance Margin platforms.
