#VoteToDelistOnBinance
Binance has introduced a "Vote to Delist" mechanism, allowing users to participate in the decision-making process regarding the removal of certain tokens from the platform. This initiative aims to enhance community involvement and ensure that listed tokens meet quality, innovation, and regulatory compliance standards.
In the initial phase, Binance identified 21 tokens for potential delisting, including JASMY, ZEC, FTT, ELF, and SNT. These tokens were placed in Binance's Monitoring Zone due to factors such as low liquidity, lack of team updates, or weak community engagement.
The "Vote to Delist" process empowers users holding at least 0.01 BNB to vote on whether these tokens should remain listed. Tokens receiving the highest votes for delisting and failing to meet Binance's due diligence criteria may be removed from the exchange.
This community-driven approach reflects Binance's commitment to transparency and user participation in platform governance.
