📊 MACD Indicator — Simple and Clear

MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) — an indicator that shows when the market changes direction.

🔹 How does it work?

The MACD consists of:

✅ Fast line (MACD Line)

✅ Slow line (Signal Line)

✅ Histogram (the difference between the lines)

🔹 MACD Signals:

📈 When the MACD crosses the Signal Line from below → a buy signal (bullish signal).

📉 When the MACD crosses the Signal Line from above → a sell signal (bearish signal).

⚡ Strong signal — when the crossover occurs far from zero.

🔹 How to use it?

🔸 Trending market: confirm signals with the trend.

🔸 Flat (sideways): MACD can give false signals.

🔸 Divergence: if the price is rising while the MACD is falling — a reversal may occur.

🛠 Tip: do not trade only based on MACD! Add RSI or support levels.
