I think that the capital, attention economy, and narrative focus are not the same thing. For BNBchain projects, a different narrative system is needed for planning. It might take half an hour to produce one, but the level of detail required for chip extraction needs to be more meticulous.

Is the funding in BSC really hot? From the data perspective, it looks good, but the internal market is not that hot. What’s hot is more about the projects, communities, and wealthy memers. A new IP has no chance in the internal market; there are too few takers and too many projects. You often see a news hotspot emerge and then die out, with no one caring. Is this narrative really interesting? It can be speculated on, so the conclusion can be drawn.

Actually, making money in the internal market is not that easy. The higher win rates are with activities from @BNBCHAIN or the shell projects from @four_meme_. Go find them, look for quality second stages!

Let's observe from the perspectives of narrative, secondary chains, and K-lines.

First, the narrative, in terms of its explanation,
We need to shift from a trader's mindset to a whale's mindset.
The original narrative in BSC has turned into a chicken-and-egg problem. It's not about having a good narrative to be powerful; rather, a good coin paired with a somewhat decent narrative will suffice. Whether it's a new IP or something AI, just match it up. We tell whatever story the market likes; it only needs a pretty shell.

The issue with secondary chains is that common tools like GMGN are not as mature on BSC as they are on SOL. There are many malicious methods that were easy to identify on SOL but are hard to discern on BSC. Fortunately, the pace is slower now, so you can check wallets one by one, but it's really painful.

At the same time, on-chain, we need to consider whether the concentration of chips is higher. I've mentioned before that different narratives require different chip concentrations. In hotspots with no whales, we need to spread out, but when there are whales, the concentration is actually better. In other words, you can push the price up, and I’ll just skim off the top.

But this creates a new situation: the smart money from large holders finds it hard to make money outside their own shells. They consider forming alliances. For example, with BNBcard, a bunch of KOLs and smart money start to realize that they might be doing better than the project parties themselves, which is quite interesting.
After all, using a sunken IP as a shell still has to worry about it backfiring. It's easier to tell a story when you own it.

This brings up a new focus: volume, which refers to the channels of dissemination. On SOL, we actually don’t like getting in when a bunch of KOLs start shouting. This kind of package is 'family funds banding together to eliminate bandits, with the common people’s money split 70-30.' It’s similar on BSC, but due to less intense competition and a more wild environment, the landscape is broader. Even early second stages that get cut are not that likely.

For a simple example, if we operate according to SOL's methods, then just the @broccoli project, with a 12b package that comes out, will go to zero because it hasn’t hit the exchange and the community was built too late. However, 617 Dog, despite being a mouse warehouse capital, has a community that got involved early, is loud, and always has CX people, so they have better odds in some voting activities and can push harder. Changing to a SOL address would basically prevent any entry, but now they are winning.
