Does Technical Analysis Really Work in Trading?
This is a common question among traders, and many argue both for and against it. However, the real question should be: Are you profitable?
Instead of debating whether technical analysis works, ask yourself: What makes you profitable in the market? Whether you rely on technical analysis, fundamental analysis, or a combination of both, the most important factor is your profitability.
If someone claims that charts and technical analysis don’t work, ask them how they make money in the market. If their strategy helps them succeed, and you find value in it, then consider learning from them. But if technical analysis works for you, stick with it.
For me, technical and fundamental analysis are both essential to trading. I have made thousands of dollars with little stress by using them. If they don’t work for you, that’s fine—I’m not here to force my approach on anyone.
At the end of the day, use whatever strategy makes you profitable. If fundamental analysis alone works for you, go with it. If a combination of both works, use it. The key is to find what suits you best.
