Transaction fees are the most intuitive and can directly save money in your hands. Just talking about it doesn't feel real; let's do the math:
Taking 1000U as an example: Binance's contract taker fee rate is 0.05%. If I use 1000U as the principal and trade at 100 times leverage, the transaction fee for one trade is 1000 * 100 * 0.05% = 50U, meaning that each time you open and close a position, you lose 100U.
Anyone who has traded contracts knows that opening a few positions in a day is quite normal. Let's calculate based on opening and closing positions 3 times a day; by the end of the month, the transaction fees alone can reach nearly 10,000U.
