Because the stop loss you are using is the marked price, not the latest price

I have two things I don't understand. The first is that I just opened a position for a few minutes and set a stop loss at 84000, and immediately a spike hits 84000??? This really feels like someone is targeting my small position, right? The second question is, since the spike hit 84000, why didn’t this position get liquidated?
