When you truly understand life, you learn to be silent. In the face of the storms of life, your heart remains calm. Confiding in others is a choice; reconciling with yourself is a form of cultivation. At any time, we are both the creators of our suffering and its enders. Change what can be changed, accept what cannot be changed. The best way to let go in every journey of life is to let go of yourself. Life is actually a process; you come into this world, and only a few people will be happy about it. In the process of your life, only a few will care. One day, when you leave this world, only a few will be sad. When you truly understand life, you understand yourself. You are you; when you hurt, you hurt yourself. When you are tired, you tire yourself. Life is your own; the way you choose to live will determine the person you become. Once you go through it, you will understand; life is either this or that. Most of the time, things don’t go as wished. Who's life is free from troubles? Who's life is without sorrow? It’s not that one doesn’t want to speak, but rather where to speak, what can be spoken, when to speak, and how to speak. Silence does not mean your life has no story; rather, it means that as you grow up, you must learn to digest your sad emotions slowly. When you feel restless, take a moment to be alone; after all, everything is suffering, and only you can save yourself. In this life, encountering someone with whom you can share your troubles is a kind of luck. Not finding such a person is also a normal fate; after all, everyone is quite busy. Not adding trouble to others is a form of compassion, and not adding trouble to yourself is a form of wisdom. Learn to reconcile with yourself, accept your imperfections, and accept every version of yourself at different stages. Acceptance is the greatest gentleness in life. Cultivation is not about making everything better; it’s about being able to accept and tolerate possible flaws, as well as the impermanence of life and things not going as planned. Aside from physical pain, any pain you can feel is brought upon by yourself. Many times, it is actually us who are pushing ourselves. Some people and things are not hard to let go of; it’s just that you refuse to let go of yourself. The best form of letting go in the world is to let go of yourself. Don’t dwell on the past because it has already passed. Don’t resist reality because you still have to move forward. Cherish what comes, let go of what goes; a thought can make a flower bloom, and a thought can make it fall. Letting go is a way to freedom. Life is just a passage; there’s nothing that cannot be let go of.
