Or you can wait until Durov is released from the investigation - and then it will definitely be worth buying, only the question remains, when he will actually be released, will the coin's price be that attractive. Personally, I acquired and staked coins at 4%. They are lying around and don’t ask for anything, and for that, I’m thankful, but this will be a veeeery long-term investment...
