Breaking to Establish
Some things must be destroyed, must be given up, to welcome new life, whether it’s the people who drain you, the things that make you fearful and anxious, or even the fragile and sensitive you. You must break them to regain new life. People are afraid of change, so they are unwilling to change themselves, but I now understand that change means progress and opportunity. Examine yourself, reflect on the past, review and summarize, destroy and reshape, be reborn from the ashes. Although the process may be painful, it is also the necessary path for our transformation. The more we fear something, the more we must face it bravely, for only the brave can welcome a better life. The great waves wash away the sand, keeping the true while discarding the false, breaking and then establishing, as adversity turns to prosperity.
