Trump's executive order on March 6 that created a strategic Bitcoin reserve for the U.S., along with a separate reserve of altcoin digital assets, left several leaders in the crypto industry dissatisfied.

Meanwhile, these executives continue to wait for the White House to provide detailed guidance on key issues such as securities regulation and taxation.

"Markets are looking for a roadmap for innovation and clear guidelines on stablecoins, institutional adoption, and taxation," said Max Giammario, CEO of the Web3 AI startup Kindred, to Cointelegraph.

"Instead, vague rhetoric and a lack of immediate action have only deepened uncertainty," he added.
