I need help kindly help me i m in trouble

yesterday i sell my crypto (USDT) at p2p buyer send me payment that shows in my accounts so i release crypto but after 15 minutes my all accounts are being locked due to that amount know i cant use my money.

did someone know how can i get rid of that mess and get my money back.

plz tell me if any one knows.

i have no idea what am i do now.
