There is no bull run until binance fix all the irregularities.
There is so much fraud happening and I already raised it with binance team. Currently investors have lost so much in the pretence if "bear market " . There is no bear market but extreme manipulation .
In almost all tokens have been flooded by scam market makers and it is so serious than what traders think of.
personally I have lost confidence in binance after being in this platform since their launching.
They have refused to protect investors and their regulations infiltrated.
Binance should audit all tokens and their market makers and refund investors for all the losses incurred.
Personally I don't see any difference between binance and all the scam platforms that have gone down with people's money right now.
