Binance founder and former CEO Zhao Changpeng (CZ) posted on Binance Square, sharing his thoughts on the KOL time tokenization project. Zhao Changpeng (CZ) stated that although there have been attempts in recent years, this model has not yet succeeded. He believes that what is truly valuable is not time, but reach. Currently, while LinkedIn and X (Twitter) offer similar functionalities, the low threshold has led to an influx of spam, affecting the user experience. Under the model mentioned by Zhao Changpeng (CZ), KOLs bind their X or LinkedIn accounts for identity verification and set a fee for receiving messages, such as 1 BNB or 0.1 BNB. Anyone can pay the fee to send a message, and if the KOL does not reply within 5 days, 50% of the fee is refunded. The requester still needs to pay part of the fee to prevent spam and encourage them to write more targeted content. Meanwhile, KOLs also have an incentive to reply to messages because they can earn an additional 50% reward.

Zhao Changpeng (CZ) further stated that he is willing to be one of the first users of the platform and promised to donate any cryptocurrency received to charity, thereby filtering out those who genuinely wish to contact him. If the other party has important content to offer, he may even move the conversation off the platform, refund the payment, or provide additional rewards (such as tips on security vulnerabilities, etc.).

In addition, Zhao Changpeng (CZ) also revealed in the text that YZiLabs may invest in a project that uses BNB/BSC as the main payment option to develop a good MVP. Writing code and conducting security audits should take a few days or a week. If the platform is secure enough, I will be the first user.
