$USDC Market is not giving us direction for now. There is high liquidities of Shorters upside then longers. Why I think that Scenerio 2 can play because it will lead sell pressure and everyone will start selling in market and then positive news will wipe them out and start of Alt Season.

According to my analysis and data my hypothesis are that we will get fake news first and it has 70% chances that we will see a fake news first. Don't long or short the first news. I am pretty sure that we will get a surprise news after the first news and the second news will be the main event
