every asset's spot price and future price are different due to number of long/Short contracts. to balance the price difference there's funding fee.

Can anyone please explain, what is funding fee in copy trading, I was charged 5 usdt while the profit was 1.5 usdt in Kaito, and the copy trader closed some positions in profit but mine were in loss, please help what is the problem here?
