⛏️ How do I mine Pi?

On your Pi app home screen, press the mining button (or lightning icon) to start a 24-hour mining session. After the 24-session is over, press it again to start a new mining session, etc.

➖ The "mining" happens on a cloud server. When you push the mining button, it sends a signal to the cloud server to start.

➖ You can close the app and mining will continue. Only if you sign out of your Pi account before end of mining session, this will invalidate that session and the Pi mined during that session will be lost.

➖ Base mining rate will drop once a month.

⬆️ You can increase your earning rate by inviting others to join with your invite code, setup your security circle, utility app usage, running a node and locking up (part of) your Pi. Changes will apply as per the start of a new mining session.
