I started planning in 2021, finalized the plan and started renovations in 2022. The plan changed countless times in between, and I put all my effort into it. The renovations took almost a year, with initial funding of 8 million. We officially opened at the end of the year. We lasted about 2 years but were always at a loss, totaling around 10 million. Before the New Year, I couldn't hold on any longer, couldn't sell it off either, and couldn't even afford the rent, so I almost sold it off as scrap before the New Year.
Looking back now, we were too ahead of our time, mismatched with this fourth-tier city. On top of that, everyone is cutting back on spending, and Tan officials didn't dare to come; the profit points weren't concentrated enough. We had traditional Chinese tea, beautiful tea artists, a cigar and wine room, indoor golf, and so on! The ideals were beautiful, but the reality is cruel! Now the physical business is gone, and I don't know what to do. I can't invest in physical businesses anymore, nor do I dare to invest. At my age, no one wants to hire me for a job. It's really sad; I feel a sense of defeat!
I am currently a free person and want to promote myself. Can I become a KOL? I mainly want to make some friends in the cryptocurrency circle, and if given the chance, I am willing to step out because opportunities are too few in this small city. I am not a big shot in the crypto space, I am not good at charting, and I definitely won't casually give investment advice because I feel unworthy.
