Trustee Plus positions itself as a high-tech platform for working with cryptocurrencies, but in reality, it is a classic shell game in digital form. A beautiful interface and promises of convenience conceal a well-thought-out system where money turns into a virtual illusion, accessible only to the platform's operators.

An experiment that put everything in its place

To check the service's operation, we decided to use Trustee Plus. We topped up the balance, conducted a transaction. The blockchain confirmed the transfer, but the funds did not appear in the wallet.

Trustee Plus is not a full-fledged wallet, but rather resembles a centralized platform where funds are under the control of a third party. They settle in the company's accounts, not remaining at the user's disposal.

After a month of use, the platform showed itself in the worst light. Transfers began to 'hang', support did not provide clear answers, and the balance could change without explanation.

Why money may not get into the wallet

Blockchain guarantees that the transaction is either completed or not. If the transfer is confirmed in the network, the funds should appear with the recipient. However, in Trustee Plus, they may 'hang' for an indefinite period.

On the third day, the money still had not been credited. Support responded with template phrases, providing no real help.

Main problems of Trustee Plus

Hidden fees. The official 0.5% in reality turns out to be higher due to additional charges that are not disclosed in advance.

Balance problems. Funds may not display correctly or may suddenly disappear.

Account blocking without explanation. Some users lose access to accounts with no possibility of recovery.

Delays in deposits and withdrawals. Funds may not appear in the balance for several days, despite the confirmed transaction.

User reviews

"They block money for no reason, saying it's a risky transaction."

"Your support service is a joke."

"The responses are standard, there is no problem-solving. At best, one can receive a formal response. At worst, complete disregard."

"I poured money in, now I can't withdraw. I'm just sitting and watching the balance on the screen, but I can't use it."

by the way, for reflection

the financial indicators of the company uab trustee global for 2023 are as follows

turnover 163,164 euros

net profit 10,023 euros

number of employees 2 insured employee

authorized capital 125,000 euros

this data is taken from open sources, such as rekvizitai.lt. however, the financial report for 2024 is not yet available. companies typically publish such data during the first or second quarter of the following year, so fresh figures can be expected no earlier than mid-2025.

nevertheless, even this data makes one think. with such turnover and profit, it is hard to imagine a platform promising users reliability and financial security. and the number of employees raises doubts about the actual scale of the project.

Conclusion

Trustee Plus is not a reliable wallet. Users' funds remain under the platform's control, and their availability is not guaranteed. Issues with deposits, hidden fees, and lack of transparency make using the service risky.
