#交易认知 #交易心态 在交易中，止损是关乎生存与盈利的核心原则。“小不忍则乱大谋” 的古训在此尤为适用 —— 面对小额浮亏若一味放任，不愿及时止损，看似暂时规避了 “小损失”，实则可能将风险无限放大，最终演变为难以挽回的巨额亏损。而当亏损扩大到一定程度，交易者往往会陷入心理困境：要么因犹豫错失最佳处理时机，要么因恐慌做出非理性操作，进而错失更多潜在机会。 总结来说： 1. 合理止损是交易中必须付出的 “成本”。如同经营实业需要投入基础成本，交易中若连必要的止损成本都不愿承担，试图完全规避风险，反而会因风险失控失去盈利的根基。 2. 止损幅度的设定没有统一标准，需结合个人风险承受能力、入场点位合理性及预期盈亏比综合判断。以我自身为例： 对于稳健账户，单笔账户最大浮亏 10%~15% 设为止损线。这一区间既能在可控范围内过滤短期波动，又能避免因亏损扩大引发 “舍不得止损” 的心理陷阱，从而防止操作失控甚至爆仓。 对于用于 “以小博大” 的激进小账户，可将止损放宽至 50% 甚至以爆仓为界限。但前提是，小账户的总资金需设定在 “即使全部亏损也不会造成明显心理负担” 的范围内，以此匹配其高风险、高弹性的定位。 特别需要注意的是，账户操作逻辑不可混淆 —— 不能用小账户的激进止损思路去操作稳健账户，否则会破坏稳健账户的风险控制体系，反之亦然。只有让止损策略与账户定位相匹配，才能在风险与收益之间找到平衡。
