Good day, dear reader, I think if you are here, you have probably asked yourself more than once: is it worth buying Toncoin right now? And the correct answer is no. Today I want to discuss how Pasha Durov's coin is not as profitable for us as it seems at first glance.
What is happening with the blockchain right now, and with the coin itself?
- The answer is simple: everything is bad. Most projects (most likely all) shamelessly deceive users, an example being Memhash, which everyone initially thought was promising. Users are massively complaining, but no one can do anything since no one is monitoring the order of the blockchain; the main thing is to make money on fees, and the rest doesn’t matter.
- And what about the coin TON itself? Everything is "great"; there will be a release of 1,000,000 TON soon, and it will only get worse from there. Pavel apparently believes that he can buy everything back with his "profitable" Telegram gifts that warm up the investors quite well. Everyone firmly believes that the coin will behave like BTC - first a big drop, then a big rise. But unfortunately, only one phrase applies here: buy on rumors - sell on lows. The price is currently ~3$ for 1 TON, trying to hold steady after the giant sell-off by whales.
What is the conclusion?
It is definitely not worth buying the coin right now, in hopes of a giant increase, as Pavel himself sees it merely as a source of profit that can be wiped clean with a dust cloth just for show.
