Regarding the mindset of how much profit one wants to obtain when investing a certain amount of principal. Before the drop in BNB, I had invested a total of 10,000 USDT and was fully invested in BNB. I originally kept 2,000 USDT as a buffer against a potential drop in BNB, but because I was greedy before this drop, I used the FDUSD to play dual currency and ended up winning, which resulted in not having enough USDT left. So I recharged 2,700 USDT. Seeing that the current market has stabilized, I originally intended to use this 2,700 USDT for emergencies, but I surprisingly felt an impulse to increase my position, which is quite scary (because this money is meant to cope with extreme market conditions if BNB falls below 400 USDT).
When my principal was 10,000 USDT, my target profit was only 20,000 USDT. When my principal investment was 12,500 USDT, my expected profit was 25,000 USDT. This leads me to ignore the risks. The more principal I invest, the higher the profit I want to achieve. Initially, my position and target were 50,000 RMB to 150,000 RMB, but now my position and target are 70,000 RMB to 210,000 RMB. This is very scary. Such thinking causes my position to become heavier and also increases the risks. I need to control my greed.
