O Lord, purify my heart, remove its anger, calm its resentment, have mercy on it, and bring it closer to You. Do not allow a barrier between You and it. Cleanse it from sins as a white garment is cleansed from dirt. Teach it contentment with Your decree, tranquility before Your judgments, and surrender to You.
