I am in the same situation as you, I can validate and my referrals do not mine... I will not be able to withdraw those Pi.. they will inevitably be burned.

Don't lose your Pi Token, approve KYC with these recommendations

Main causes of delay and rejection in KYC according to my experience as a validator are:
1. Blurry photograph

2. Having family, friends, or other people in your video (liveness verification). You must be the only one appearing in your photo or video; having multiple people in the video will cause your KYC to be rejected.

3. Providing false documents.

4. Name mismatch: at least 2 out of 3 names must match for name validation to pass. Providing your name in Arabic or in any form other than English may also cause further delays.

5. Make sure to use a government-issued identification document, preferably a national ID or passport, depending on your country of origin (varies).

6. Use a phone with a good camera when uploading documents.

Write to Pi support if necessary and request a name change or correction. It may take a few days to receive a response, but we will definitely assist you.
