According to preliminary data, the distribution of #YZY tokens will be as follows:

• 70% will remain in the ownership of Kanye West;

• 10% will go to provide liquidity;

• 20% will be available to investors. 

Earlier, in February 2025, Kanye West stated that he did not plan to launch a cryptocurrency, calling such projects “fan hunting”.  However, he recently changed his position and announced plans to launch the YZY token.

It is worth noting that Kanye West warned about the existence of counterfeit YZY tokens already circulating on the market and emphasized that the official launch of his cryptocurrency is scheduled for next week.

This project is part of Kanye West’s strategy to restore his business empire after a series of scandals and termination of contracts with companies such as Adidas and Balenciaga.
