Bybit CEO Ben Zhou has expressed caution regarding a potential $ETH rollback. When asked about it, he stated that he's unsure if it's a decision for one person to make, suggesting instead that it should be a voting process to determine what the community wants.
Zhou's stance is that Bybit will try all available means to recover the stolen funds, including a bounty program, working with law enforcement, and collaborating with the Ethereum Foundation to explore possible solutions. However, he doesn't seem to be actively advocating for a rollback.
It's worth noting that the Ethereum community has rolled back the blockchain before, in response to the 2016 DAO hack. However, this time around, the situation is different, and the community is divided on the issue. Some, like Samson Mow, are insisting on a rollback, while others argue that it's not feasible or desirable.
