you should take a look at the charts where Liquidity, volume are shown to get a better idea

The rainbow chart is a great visualiser of what is to come. We won’t see a new ATH at this point as the previous cycle should have gone much higher. Since this cycle is expected to take longer, the valuation is still relatively low compared to what is to come.
