According to PANews, Bybit's CEO, Ben Zhou, has pledged to recover the stolen funds after the recent hack. Zhou stated that the exchange will employ various strategies, including offering a reward program to assist in recovering the funds, cooperating with law enforcement, and communicating with the Ethereum Foundation to explore potential solutions.

During a Spaces session on February 22, Zhou was asked about the possibility of reverting the Ethereum blockchain to its state before the February 21 hack by the Lazarus group. He replied: "I'm not sure if this is a decision for one person. In the spirit of blockchain, perhaps this should be a voting process to see what the community wants, but I'm not sure."
