The market is chaotic, and the index is plummeting like a waterfall. If the coins you hold have only slightly decreased, it's as if someone is quietly protecting them, not letting them drop with the market. For such coins, you can hold them with peace of mind; you'll definitely have your joy in the future.
Newcomers to the crypto world, if you want to play short-term or medium-term well, heed my advice: for short-term, watch the five-day moving average; if it's above, hold; if it's below, sell. For medium-term, focus on the twenty-day moving average; if it's above, hold steadily; if it's below, leave quickly. Find a method that suits you, and money will naturally come.
When you see the coin price soaring, and the trading volume hasn't increased much, that's a good time to enter the market. If trading volume increases and the price rises, continue holding; if trading volume decreases and the price falls, but the trend remains unchanged, be patient. If trading volume suddenly increases, the price falls, and the trend reverses, don’t hesitate, quickly adjust your position, and don't get stuck.
For short-term trading, if the coin price hasn't moved in three days, consider withdrawing. If it drops after purchase and you lose 5%, don’t hesitate, quickly cut your losses; preserving your capital is key.
If a coin has fallen more than half from its high and has dropped for eight consecutive days, it has likely overshot, and a rebound may be imminent. At this point, following the trend might just help you catch the reversal opportunity.
Remember, following the trend is the key to trading. When buying, the price is not necessarily better the lower it is, but rather it should be just right. During a decline, don’t hastily declare that the bottom has been reached; weak coins should be sold without hesitation.
Don’t get complacent after making some money; being able to consistently earn profits is what makes you truly impressive. Look back and see if your earnings are due to luck or real skill. Build a trading system that suits you; that’s the long-term strategy.
