burning USTC was never the solution, they burned more than 3b USTC and the price continues to be lower than expected, the only thing we want is the guarantee that if 1$ comes back they can fix it

The validator HCC, which put the proposal to burn $1.86 billion USTC to a vote, made a statement.
HCC; "If the Terra Classic chain is not ready for this burn, we can freeze these funds and burn them later."

We will see what will happen soon, but we think that validators who have reached serious levels should act more responsibly. If the chain is not ready, why are you making this proposal? If it is ready, BURN them all!
