In this encrypted beehive, there is a peculiar ecosystem. Some bees, the so-called worker bees, fly between the markets day after day, collecting nectar without sleep. They strive to find the sweetest sources of flowers, study climate change, and accurately calculate the time to collect nectar, just to make the hive more prosperous. However, they have never doubted who will eventually eat the nectar they collect.
There is another group of "bees" in the beehive. They don't need to fly, don't need to work hard to collect honey, and they are even too lazy to flap their wings. The beehive will prepare the most abundant honey for them and also provide the most spacious beehive. They don't need to worry about food and clothing, because no matter whether the honey source is abundant or scarce, there are worker bees running around for them. Their task is just to occasionally say "The honey in this flower field is super sweet!" or "This beehive is awesome!", and then they can sit back and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
The worker bees don't understand why, after they work so hard to fly all over the flower fields, it is these "noble bees" that never collect nectar that obtain the most resources in the end?
Until one day, the worker bees finally realized that in this hive, status might not be determined by diligence, but by whoever buzzes the loudest and controls the resources.
Therefore, some worker bees continue to collect honey, fantasizing that they can get a better status one day, but they are ultimately just silent laborers; while some worker bees choose to fade out of the hive and stay away from this game.
After all, in this beehive, what really determines status is never the most diligent bee, but the bee that knows how to be heard best.
