XRP Big Shot Makes Bold Claim: $10,000 is Not a Dream, Even Conservative Estimates are Considered Low!
In the cryptocurrency circle, the big shots of XRP have recently started discussing the long-term price of this asset again, and this time they made a big move – stating that it’s not a dream for XRP to rise to $10,000, and it might even be considered a conservative estimate!
This topic was brought up by Rowen Exchange and the highly followed commentator John Squire. They mainly discussed whether large institutions would start using XRP, which would affect the supply of XRP and its status in global finance.
If institutional big shots really take a liking to XRP for cross-border transfers, the demand would skyrocket, and naturally, the price would also rise accordingly. After all, there are only 100 billion XRP in total, but only about half of that is actually circulating in the market.
Moreover, Rowen Exchange stated that unlike retail investors' speculative trading, large institutions can bring stable liquidity and trading volume to the market, which would allow the price to steadily rise.
Speaking of the $10,000 target, XRP is currently at $2.76, which sounds like a fantasy, needing to rise several hundred thousand times to reach that. However, both Rowen Exchange and John Squire do not believe this is just a pipe dream. John even made a bold prediction, stating that if the global economy adopts digital currencies and XRP captures a 10% market share, then it would be unreasonable for the price not to exceed $10,000!
He also calculated that processing $1 trillion in transactions daily actually doesn’t require that much liquidity; $20 billion would suffice. If 2 million XRP are used daily, each worth $10,000, and flipped back and forth 50 times, the $1 trillion transaction volume could be easily achieved.
Currently, there are only 57.7 billion XRP circulating in the market, so how can the price not be higher if we want global liquidity to flow smoothly?
