#参与投票-PI该上线币安吗? Recently, there are a lot of people in the Binance community worried about selling off. Let me mention a few points: - Chinese users and the selling issue: It is believed that Chinese users account for 80% of the Pi coin users, and the project team is concerned that there may be a large-scale sell-off in the Chinese region. The reason is that many people in China have not passed KYC; even if they pass KYC, since the referral rewards are linked to whether the referred person has passed KYC, the actual usable coins are only 20%; and if the coins are not mapped to the mainnet, they have no real value and cannot be sold.

- Coin listing situation on OKX: OKX originally planned to list Pi coin, but based on the Pi coin project's request for an isolated listing model, users from certain countries and regions may not be able to recharge and trade, which may include the Chinese community.

From a video perspective, the main reasons mentioned for the inability to sell off are as follows:

- KYC restrictions: A large number of Chinese users have not passed KYC, and the Pi coins they hold cannot be traded, so they cannot be sold.

- Rewards not credited: Even if one passes KYC, if the referred person has not passed, the referral rewards do not count, resulting in a small amount of coins available for trading, making selling impossible.

- Not mapped to mainnet: Pi coins that have not been mapped to the mainnet are just numbers and lack the foundation for recognition and circulation in the trading system, making it impossible to sell in the market.

However, according to news on February 12, 2025, the recharge time for OKX PI opened at 10:45 AM (UTC+8) on February 12, and the collective bidding time is from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (UTC+8) on February 20, with the spot trading opening time for PI/USDT at 4:00 PM (UTC+8) on February 20. However, after adopting the isolated listing model, users in the Chinese region are indeed restricted in recharge and trading, making it difficult to sell.
