Well, the much anticipated @monad_xyz has also launched its testnet.
I see a lot of people are discussing whether#monadis worth the investment.
I'm just blowing some airs here.
I actually knew about the monad project very early, but I didn't participate much in it.
Until one or two years ago, @0x_xifeng shared that monad airdropped#wormholeaccording to the discord role. I was shocked at the time, because at that time, I thought that airdrops were something that only happened after the mainnet was launched. As a result, this project actually gave out airdrops before the testnet was even launched. Of course, there were other airdrops later. It was not a bull market at the time, and the average airdrop of several hundred or thousands of dollars was definitely generous (it would increase or decrease according to different roles).
Then everyone is happy to see the explosive growth of the monad community - because this is the certainty of "community participation" that the entire industry has never seen before. Damn, it's a blessing to not be on the mainnet, what's the big deal if it's on?
Discord characters also became very competitive, especially the nads character, which is simply amazing - I believe everyone knows this. In addition, since I joined after this period of airdrop, I really couldn't compete with these great players. Later, I thought about my limited energy, so I quit from Discord and stopped participating.
There is actually a lot to discuss here. For example, many projects want to learn monads, but the final result is the same as the stupid mainland bosses who learn from Mouwei - Mouwei is a roll, but it really pays. You stupid project owners are pretending to be cool about launching TVL PointFi and PUA community every day, and now you are going even further and want the PUA community to produce awesome content like monad for you? What's worse, some people first do after they come back from studying is to hire a stupid "community lead" who knows nothing to do all the OG work on the project, under the euphemism of "refer to monad, your OG contributions do not meet the requirements", which is really haha. Generally speaking, 90% of the projects that shout slogans about learning monads end up with the community sending them away, the project failing, and then the stupid "community lead" walks away, leaving the project owners and founders who hired these stupid "community leads" in a mess. You might as well give me some consulting fees and I will make your community comfortable for you.

Okay, let’s get back to the point. My judgment on monad is actually very simple: it all depends on whether you have a discord role, or the timing of entering the field.
If you enter the market early and get the role early, you will have made a lot of money in the first few airdrops. To put it bluntly, you will make money no matter what monad tge gives you, so don't show off when you get the benefits, otherwise we will be jealous and psychologically twisted (please don't make money anymore.gif).
If you enter the market late and have limited energy, you should consider what you are good at. For example, if you are not good at interacting to get airdrops (you can't even get them on the test network, you know?), then you should still consider producing content and getting a low-level character. Of course, if you are very good at interacting, then as long as you can get enough water, you can also create an account to interact. However, after saying so much above, you can probably guess that monad pays more attention to the role of discord, and now killing witches is absolutely politically correct, so you can weigh it yourself. (Of course, I may also be wrong. I judged that $move would be counter-attacked, but I didn't expect that I was wrong, so you should still dyor)
I know some of you are full of nft+characters+interactions, please don't make any more money.
In general, although I did quit the monad discord midway, I didn't stick with it and I couldn't win over you all, I admit it. But the success of Monad in the community operators is obvious to all. I sincerely wish all the friends who participate in monad can get the blessings they deserve.
