After spending two hours, I figured out why $IP has a net outflow while the funding rate is negative, but the price keeps rising.

This order always hangs here at a price lower than the market price and will never be executed, creating a strong signal of buying support below for secondary players, and some individual quantitative strategies will also be affected by this.
