I'll be honest...
This isn't the first time the market has started to depreciate. We've seen this several times here, while some lose, others gain, it's something natural, there's no way to change this reality. If you're worried, you don't need to. Coins like $SOL and $BTC are solid and will certainly return to a high level.
Some months they may not survive, but that was to be expected too, others like $BONK may come back out of nowhere.
But the point is that you only lose when you sell, until then it may be that in a month these coins will quickly appreciate again and you'll wonder why you sold now.
I'm not going to sell SOL, DOGE, BTC or BONK. Maybe I'll regret it later, but today I prefer to take the risk.
