How I create passive income: real estate vs. cryptocurrency!

I want to share my personal experience. I have real estate in Bulgaria, which I rent out for $420 per month (all year round). I bought it for $70,000 - a great option, but not the most effective way to generate passive income.

Now let's compare it with the cryptocurrency #CosmosATOM :

This is my personal experience, and everyone decides for themselves what is best for them! But for me the choice is obvious.
