normally Binance would send you the anti-phishing code

Hello, can someone explain if this is true? Or am I being scammed? Haha. I was supposed to receive a payment of 700 USDT, but nothing appears in my wallet and I have only been notified in Gmail from an account that is not the same as the one where they asked me the first steps to register.
