Quantum computing is still a long way from any meaningful risk of breaking Bitcoin’s encryption.
Quantum-resistant addresses will eventually be added to Bitcoin before any serious threat arises.
Everyone alive (and with access to their wallets) will move their Bitcoin to new quantum-resistant addresses.
Any Bitcoin in lost wallets, including Satoshi (if he is not alive), will be hacked and put back into circulation.
My comment:
We are talking about 3,700,000 Bitcoin lost in 2020
There is no fear for Bitcoin except for the lost wallets and quantities.
