The worst performers of the session were Cementos Argos Pf (BVC:CCB_p), which fell 5.53% or 620.00 points to trade at 10,600.00 at the close. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores SA Pref (BVC:GAA_p) declined 1.98% or 11.00 points to end at 545.00 and Organizacion Terpel SA (BVC:TPL) was down 1.30% or 160.00 points to 12,120.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered advancing stocks on the Columbia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.
Grupo Nutresa SA (BVC:NCH) stock climbed to a new all-time high, gaining 9.89% or 9,000.00 to 100,000.00.
U.S. coffee futures for March delivery rose 1.98% or 8.00 to $411.95. Elsewhere in commodities trading, U.S. cocoa futures for March delivery fell 3.17% or 320.00 to $9,774.00, while the April gold contract rose 0.42% or 12.06 to $2,888.76 a troy ounce.
The USD/COP pair lost 0.53% and traded at 4,119.75, while the BRL/COP pair continued to decline by 1.34% and reached 709.26.
Dollar index futures were trading 0.37% higher at 107.94.$BTC
