This man in the picture is called Michael Saylor and most of us certainly know him.
A few hours ago he was celebrating his birthday and posted this picture with the comment: I have one birthday wish!
His words may be taken normally and may be interpreted as him wanting to control the $BTC , especially since his company is one of the largest global entities that owns and buys Bitcoin all the time.
Institutions like Grayscale or Black Rock when they buy Bitcoin in large quantities, this is not positive in my opinion in the long run. It can simply be monopolized in the future, especially since they buy huge quantities of Bitcoin that exceed its daily mining rate.
