I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Binance. I ordered a BAB token, but instead received a flower icon. I reached out to @Binance Customer Support for help, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved within 2 days. However, it's now been 6 days and nothing has changed.
Frustrated, I requested a refund since I didn't receive what I ordered, and it wasn't my mistake to begin with. Shockingly, @Binance Customer Support threatened to terminate our chat. I expect more professionalism and better customer service from a reputable platform like Binance.
