Since I learned about the crypto market, I've had little profit but a lot of losses, lost sleep and food for many days, glued to the screen, watching, searching, gazing at the candles moving, in the middle of the night while sleeping, startled, grabbing my phone to see how the market is doing.
Now I realize that this market is not easy at all, making a little profit makes me jump up, excited. Losing feels overwhelming.
Maybe I need to take a break for a while to regain my spirit, go outside to breathe some fresh air, meet up with friends, and relax my mind. Wishing friends a long journey to get through this phase.
